Terms of Service
1. Service Description
DemoZoom is a browser-based screen recorder with auto-zoom. The paid feature removes the watermark from all exported MP4 files permanently on your device. All video processing happens locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded to any server.
2. Payment & Activation
Payment is a one-time charge of $9.99 USD. Watermark removal activates instantly after payment confirmation. The feature is stored locally in your browser. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the paid feature has not been used. Since all processing is local, 'used' means at least one watermark-free video has been exported. To request a refund, contact games2humans@gmail.com.
4. Intellectual Property
DemoZoom software and all associated materials are the property of the service provider. The purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the watermark-free export feature. You retain full ownership of all videos you record.
5. Privacy
DemoZoom processes all video locally in your browser. We collect only your email address (provided at payment) to send a receipt. We do not track your recordings, share your data with third parties, or store any personal data beyond payment records.
6. Limitations
The service requires Chrome 94+ on a desktop computer. We are not responsible for technical limitations of your browser or device. The 2-minute recording limit applies to all tiers.
7. Disputes
